Happy Spring, Dear Friend:

In the U.S., 1 in 68 children, ages 3-17, have been diagnosed with autism. And, in Mobile and surrounding counties, there are almost 5,000 children who can benefit from App2Talk, Autism2Ability’s mobile application for children and others with communication challenges.
Imagine being the parent of a child and longing to hear your child say “I love you.” Until the development of App2Talk, many parents waited a lifetime without hearing those words. Now with App2Talk children can now communicate this term of endearment, as well as communicate their needs and respond to questions both at home and in academic settings.
Join us in celebrating these awesome children by helping Autism2Ability “Give Kids A Voice.”
Throughout the month of April, National Autism Awareness Month, please consider a financial contribution to Autism2Ability. Your tax deductible gift will help to underwrite the cost of getting App2Talk into the hands of nonverbal children. Please go to autism2bility.com and donate on the Paypal account or send your gift to: Autism2Ability, 14 Midtown Park E., Mobile, AL 36606.
If you have questions, please email Ray Miller at ray@autism2ability.com
In honor of National Autism Awareness Month, for everyone in the Mobile area, please also stop by Delish Bakery and Eatery at 23 Upham Street in midtown Mobile. From April 10th through 28th, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, Delish will offer cookies and cupcakes for sale to support Autism2Ability. For every cookie or cupcake purchased during that three week period, a percentage of the value will be contributed to Autism2Ability. Additionally, on April 24th, for every purchase made in the restaurant, whether lunch or dessert, Delish will make a contribution when you mention Autism2Ability.
Please share this message with all of your family, friends, and business contacts, asking them to support Delish Bakery and Eatery and mention Autism2Ability during National Autism Awareness Month.
